UNTIL DAWN + RENEWABLE DIESEL

For the 2025 horror packed film, Until Dawn, the physical production team used 70% of renewable diesel (Hydrotreated vegetable oil HVO) to power location shoots while in Budapest, Hungary. The use of renewable diesel, manufactured mainly from used vegetable oil, is a transition strategy to lower carbon emissions on productions. By choosing a lower-carbon fuel, the production team reduced the film’s total carbon footprint by 49.29 Metric Tons CO2e.
