Aventura Gastronomica Colombia (2025)

Conservation International Colombia, in collaboration with Sony Pictures Television Latin America's Aventura Gastronómica Colombia program, premiered a special episode focusing on the lionfish, an invasive species that threatens the biodiversity of the Colombian Caribbean.  

The premiere event for the episode was highly successful, bringing together key stakeholders and raising awareness of the lionfish issue. The event highlighted a sustainable solution through consumption, featuring a tasting of lionfish dishes to an inspiring conversation with Nicolás de Zubiría, Chef and Host of the program, Fabián Rodríguez, Guest Chef, Fabio Arjona, Vice President of Conservation International Colombia, and Miguel Pineda, coral gardener of the CIM Caribe foundation.
